October 22nd, 2008We’ve created this blog to keep people informed about known issues with the FixTunes software and our progress on fixing them. What happened to the forum? We are a small team behind FixTunes - only four people. We had a full time programmer dedicated to hanging out on the forum all day answering questions be he recently had to leave the company (two days ago). Without a full-time person to manage the forum, we decided to move back to and email support system. To make sure people stay up to date on issues, we’ve added this blog.
